Welcome to the dedicated platform of the
Academic Mentoring Program for Postdocs launched by the
Career Development Service for Scientists (CARE) at the Institut Pasteur. This space is designed for the selected mentees and mentors participating in the six-month mentoring program running in 2026.
The program
connects postdoctoral researchers with experienced academic mentors (Principal Investigators or permanent researchers at Institut Pasteur) to support their professional development and academic growth. Through regular monthly meetings, mentees will receive personalized guidance on topics such as career planning, research independence, funding strategies, networking, leadership, and visibility in the scientific community.

mentoring partnership and scheduling meetings.

guidelines, tools, and resources to structure mentoring interactions.
- Sharing
reflections and tracking progress throughout the program.
